This is my favorite Bak Kut Teh Stall in Singapore…I truly believe this is the BEST IN SINGAPORE. This stall is located at East Coast Park Food Centre (the one next to sailing club along the beach). You HAVE TO try the pig’s trotter…its melts in your mouth and it is simply awesome. No words can describe the awesome flavor and texture. This stall is opened for lunch and sometimes dinner when they are not sold out for the day(if i remember correctly, they close on Tuesday). Despite the Queue during lunch time, its worth the Queue. Try it and let me know what you think. Well…now that I share this online, I’m sure I will have to queue longer…haha.
REMEMBER: Their Signature Dish is the Pig Trotter. TRY IT!!!
